J. A. McEddy Indicted in Case of Gibbs Child, Hit by Machine Last Spring.

Manslaughter is charged in an indictment returned by the grand jury today against James Allen McEddy, who, it is alleged, ran down with his automobile Oswald N. Gibbs, a child, at the intersection of Q street and New Jersey avenue northwest, last April, resulting in the death of the child.
