Mr. Weekes Introduces the Bill to Bar Wagons During Certain Hours.

ALBANY, Feb. 8.—Assemblyman Weekes has introduced a bill providing that no vehicles for transporting merchandise, except for delivery on the avenue itself, shall be allowed on Fifth Avenue between Twenty-fifth and Fifty-ninth Streets between the hours of 2 and 7 P. M. between Oct. 1 and June 1.  A violation is punishable as a misdemeanor.
