DETROIT, Mich., Dec. 14.—The voluntary bankruptcy of the King Motor Car Company, effected in December, 1920, was ended in court today and the receiver was discharged. A dividend of 17 per cent. was declared. The property was purchased by C. A. Finnegan of Buffalo, N. Y., who is said to have paid $500,000 and to have assumed $1,000,000 debts.
