Dodge Motor Plant Reopens.
The New York Times

DETROIT, March 17.—The plant of the Dodge Brothers Motor Car Company, closed since December, reopened today with 3,500 to 4,000 men. The company normally employs 20,000 men. An effort will be made to reach one-third of the normal production soon. Additional workers are to be added from day to day.
