The 434 West Forty-ninth Street Company, Inc., sold a plot 50 feet on Eleventh Avenue and 100 feet on Sixtieth Street.  Richard Carvel, the buyer, will improve this property with a modern garage.  Butler & Baldwin, Inc., were the brokers.
