Good afternoon,
Below is the NMDOT’s statement concerning today’s action at the department’s property at Lomas & I-25.

“I’d like to thank the group for honoring our agreement to peacefully relocate from the NMDOT property. Our staff will monitor their progress and the agency will withdraw the complaint from the courts on Monday.”
