Lincoln Highway Rules Announced for Army-Navy Game Motorists.

TRENTON, N. J., Nov. 23.—With the expectation that a large number of persons from New York will go by automobile to see the Army-Navy game at Philadelphia on Saturday, State Highway Commissioner Wasser today announced that the incompleted stretch of the Lincoln Highway, between Metuchen and Highland Park, will be made a one-way road before and after the game. The regulations issued by the Commissioner provide that the stretch shall be one way, Philadelphia bound, up to noon Saturday. Traffic both ways will be permitted between noon and 6 P. M. and after 6 P. M. the stretch will be one way, north bound.
