CHARLOTTE NC (July 4, 2012) – The No. 77 team and driver, Garrett Marchant, took to the heat on Saturday June 30th for twin 35 lap race events at Southern National and came home with two top tens. Marchant’s Lone Star Car Transportation / Walgreens of Chino Valley, AZ / Rideinsane.com Chevy now has five top ten finishes at Southern National. Garrett is still hunting for his first top five finish of the year, as he keeps adding notes to his notebook and learning how aggressive he can be in the No.77. Marchant also got to meet some of his fans before his second race and collected donations for his Racing 2 Cure efforts.

“I have been the problem with the Lone Star Car Transportation Chevy and I'm gonna do something to change that,” Marchant posted on his Facebook earlier this week and he wants to prove that to his fans. Garrett also wanted to remind his fansabout his Fan Appreciation event occurring at the end of the month.
