JOLIET, Illinois (June 3, 2011) - - The momentum train keeps chugging. After mounting his first career top-10 finish in the most recent ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards contest at New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP), Chad Hackenbracht and his family-owned CGH Motorsports team topped the lone practice session for tomorrow’s Messina Wildlife Animal Stopper 150 at Chicagoland Speedway.

Hackenbracht, the New Philadelphia, Ohio native turned 20 laps around the 1.5-mile speedway Friday afternoon whipping up a lap of 30.978 seconds at 174.317 miles per hour. The session marked the first time since the team’s inception in 2009 where they have led the field in practice.

“We have a really good car,” said Hackenbracht, driver of the No. 58 CGH Motorsports Chevrolet Impala SS. “I cannot thank Bucket (Rob Torrey, crew chief), Kevin (Reed, director of competition), Richie (Mason) and the entire CGH Motorsports team enough for their hard work. I feel like this place owes me one, so it sure would be nice to have a top-five finish if not a win tomorrow afternoon.”

Hackenbracht, who currently occupies 10th in the championship standings added, “We don’t have anything on the car this weekend. It’s bare. We’re looking for some help, so this is a good way of attracting a partner by putting ourselves up front and in contention. Hopefully we can qualify well tomorrow and be the first to take the checkered flag.”

As for the team’s recent charge through the standings after finishing 11th at Toledo Speedway and ninth at NJMP, the 19-year old credits devotion and dedication from his young organization.

“It’s a total team effort,” sounded the 2008 National Asphalt Legends champion. “We don’t have a big group of guys but we have some of the most dedicated bunch in the garage. They want to win just as bad as I do and they are definitely giving me a car capable of just that. I could not be more appreciative.”

CGH Motorsports is actively seeking additional marketing partners for the full 2011 ARCA Racing Series schedule. Single, multi and full-season placements are available on the team’s No. 58 entries. Interested parties are urged to contact Jordan Dahl at 570.234.5449 or jordan@cghmotorsports.com.
