CHARLOTE, North Carolina (December 8, 2007) – Fast Track Racing announced today that veteran Motorsports crew chief Jeff McClure will lead the No. 11 ARCA RE/MAX Series team with driver Bryan Silas for the 2008 season beginning immediately with preseason testing next weekend at Daytona International Speedway.

McClure, a former driver himself joins Fast Track Racing with an impressive resume and was responsible for leading driver Ken Butler III to his first ARCA RE/MAX Series victory at Toledo Speedway last May. McClure also assisted rookie Dominick Casola to his career best third-place performance at Talladega Superspeedway in October.

The addition of McClure to Fast Track Racing brings high hopes for the team in Silas’s anticipated sophomore season of ARCA competition.

“I cannot tell you how excited I am to have Jeff (McClure) as my crew chief,” said Silas, who finished ninth in ARCA RE/MAX Series Championship points this season. His record and knowledge speaks for itself and I know that he can bring those same results to our team next season.”

Silas continued, “Jeff gives 150 percent every single race. He knows what it takes to get the job done. He will help me become a better driver. Working with him at the test at Daytona next week will be beneficial and allow us to get to know each other in preparation for the season opener in February.”

Car Owner Andy Hillenburg stated, “Adding someone of Jeff McClure’s caliber really lets everyone know that we are planning on being a threat next year. Jeff is going to bring a lot to this team and it’s already starting to show in the shop. I know that him and Bryan will click very well and I can speak for the team, we cannot wait to get to Daytona!”
