FBI Media Alert: Man Tries to Rob Albuquerque Bank at Drive-Through Window

The FBI and Albuquerque Police Department are looking for a man who tried to rob a bank by walking up to a drive-through window and demanding money on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.

The attempted robbery occurred at Wells Fargo, 3801 4th Street, NW, at approximately 9:08 a.m.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6'0" tall, and weighing about 160 pounds.

He wore a gray hat, glasses with a black frame, a black and red checkered shirt, black pants, and white shoes.

The suspect walked up to a drive-through window and verbally demanded money, but did not receive any. No weapon was seen.

He was last seen walking northbound on 5th Street Northwest.
