Removal of Obsolete and Redundant Right-of-Way Requirements

AGENCY: Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), DOT.

ACTION: Correction to final rule.

SUMMARY: This document contains a correction to the authority citation 
in the final rule published on May 16, 1994 at 59 FR 25326. The final 
rule related to removal of obsolete and redundant right-of-way 
requirements.

EFFECTIVE DATE: June 13, 1994.
