Russia to Make Forumula One Debut in 2006

A new Formula One team is set to make its debut in 2006.
The Midland Group, which has extensive business links in Russia and other parts of the former Soviet Union, says its team will feature cars built by the Italian racing car manufacturer Dallara.
The team has yet to decide on drivers or engines.
The last new team to debut in Formula One was Toyota in 2002.
