The ARCA RE/MAX Series held ARCA SIM Factory time trials Saturday afternoon in preparation for tonight’s Buckle-Up Kentucky 150. The session set the starting grid for this evening’s event, the seventh of 23 events on the 2007 ARCA RE/MAX Series schedule.

NOTE: A mechanical failure on the No. 48 FreeFeds.org Dodge Charger caused Tucker to loop his machine in turn four heading for his first lap of qualifications. Tucker will take a provisional to gain entry into tonight’s event.

“I don’t know what happened. It just didn’t feel right. It felt like something broke and the next thing I knew I was around and into the wall. We’re going to start in the back and try to have a good night. We need to catch up in the points. If we play smart and be safe I think we can do that.”


The Buckle-Up Kentucky 150 (100 laps/150 miles) is the seventh of 23 events on the 2007 ARCA RE/MAX Series schedule. The event will take the green flag under the lights beginning at 8:00pm Local Time. The race will not be televised. However, coverage can be found online at arcaracing.com
