Brewco Motorsports, Iowa Speedway Pre-Race Quotes:
Phillip McGilton, driver of the No. 47 SIPerformance Ford:

On Toledo : “It wasn’t the day we were looking for. We had a good car after qualifying and the battery problem took us from the hunt. We were just trying to survive and bring home a good finish when we got involved in a tango late in the race. Hopefully we can turn things around in October.”

On Iowa Speedway : “What a nice facility. I think everyone on the ARCA tour is looking forward to Saturday’s event. We need a good run to put us back on track. Hopefully we can leave Iowa with a win that would really turn our season around.”

On His Strong Qualifying Runs: “I can’t say enough about my Brewco Motorsports team. They give me great racecars each week and we look forward to continuing our qualifying trends this weekend, but we want to turn our performances around. We run well each week, we just have had some bad luck the last few weeks. We will overcome this and win a race very soon.”

On The Points: “We gained some ground from Kentucky , but lost some ground with our finish at Toledo . We are teeter-totting in the points and I hate that. We’ll look to put us back in the top-five this weekend at Iowa .”
