INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Nov. 1.-The Speedway Directors announce that the automobile race for the Wheeler-Schebler trophy, valued at $10,000, will be run on Labor Day, next year.  Newton J. McGuire, Commander in Chief of the Sons of Veterans of the United States, attaacked the Speedway management for the proposed Memorial Day race.  He declared the plan is one to commercialize one of the most sacred days of the calendar.
