STREET IMPROVEMENT IS BOARD OF TRADE THEME

Improvement of Washington's streets and highways will be called for, at a meeting of the streets and highways committee of the Washington Board of Trade at 4:15 o'clock this afternoon.  George C. Shinn is chairman of the committee.

The bridges committee will meet next Tuesday afternoon.  Among the matters to come up for consideration is the naming of the new Georgetown bridge, which it is proposed to name after Francis Scott Key.
