A plan to minimize theatre traffic congestion in West Forty-fifth Street, where half a dozen playhouses are located, has been worked out by Marc Klaw and a committee of managers, and is said to have been out into successful operation. The traffic is at its height at the end of the performances, and to help this situation several theatres are holding their curtains, so that the theatres dismiss at intervals of about five minutes. Final curtains, according to the new arrangement, fall between 10:50 and 11:15 o'clock.
