As a result of recent activity on the part of Acting Captain McCormick of the Bicycle Squad in a crusade against the rapid driving of automobiles three men were arraigned yesterday morning before Magistrate Meade in the West Side Police Court, charged with violating the ordinance relating to the speed with which the horseless vehicles may be run. They were Bradford McGregor of 205 West Fifty-seventh Street, Eldridge Lucas, driver for an automobile livery concern, and Robert Dixon, who said he was employed by E. J. Pennington of 20 Fifth avenue. They were each fined $10.
