PARIS, April 16.—The Paris-Roubaix autocar race yesterday morning led to a serious accident.  Two competitors on motor tricycles collided and dashed at the speed of an express train into a crowd of 2,000 persons, who has assembled at a crossroads in the Forest of Saint Germain to witness their passing.  Twenty persons were knocked down, some having bones broken and many others being bruised.
