NORFOLK, Va., April 20.—The Motor Cycle Company was chartered here to-day; capital, $750,000 to $15,000,000. The officers are Ansel L. White of New York, President; Frederick Stewart of New York, Treasurer; Benjamin J. Downer of Montclair, N. J. Secretary. These, with Ernest Hopkinson of East Orange, N. J., and Joseph Kling of New York, compose the Board of Directors.
