Rubber Tire Meeting.

There will be no contest it was said yesterday at the annual meeting of stockholders of the Consolidated Rubber Tire Company. At a meeting of the Directors held yesterday it was determined to increase the number of Directors to be voted for from nine, the present number, to thirteen. The four additional Directors will be nominated by the Stockholders' Protective Committee.
