Electromobile Exhibit in Berlin.

BERLIN, April 23.—At the Zoological Gardens began to-day an exhibition of electromobiles of all kinds and sizes.  It will last a week.  The programme includes careful tests by experts and trial trips under prescribed conditions.  It is expected that a great stimulus will be given to the use of these vehicles in Germany.
