Negotiations between representatives of Henry Ford and officers of the Pond Creek Coal Company for the purchase of the coal property for the Detroit manufacturer, are progressing satisfactorily, according to reports in the financial district yesterday. Pride details are still withheld. It is reported that the Directors of the Pond Creek Coal Company at a meeting in Boston tomorrow will accept the offer of Ford.
