SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On January 17, 2014, the Department of
Commerce published the rescission of the 2012 administrative review of
the countervailing duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road
tires from the People's Republic of China.\1\ Subsequent to
publication, we identified an inadvertent error with the Rescission.
Specifically, the Rescission incorrectly listed the period of review
(POR) as January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2013. The correct POR is
January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012.
