The Packard Motor Car Company, for the three months ended Nov. 30, 1922, reports net profits of $2,553,164.  After payment of $258,821 for preferred dividends, and $594,256 for common dividends, there remained a surplus of $1,700,087.  The profit and loss surplus on Nov. 30, amounted to $18,704,525.
