Well-Known Bavarian Physician Goes to Prison for Four Months.

BERLIN, April 1.—The sentence of four months in prison has been inflicted by the Criminal Court at Kaiserslautern, Bavaria, on a well-known physician, Dr. Ludwig Stein, for running over and killing a State official and university teacher in his motor car.
Dr. Stein was driving the car at the time of the accident and he was found guilty of criminal negligence. He was also ordered to pay the entire expense of the long-continued litigation which preceded his conviction.
