Frank R. Houghton, John P. O'Brien, and John H. Ryan were appointed by Justice Gildersleeve yesterday as Condemnation Commissioners of land to be acquired by the city for the extension of Riverside Drive and the Parkway between One Hundred and Thirty-fifth Street and the Boulevard Lafayette.
