Broker Injured by Automobile.

Benjamin J. Sampson, a broker, who gave his address as 57 Broadway, was severely injured in front of the Hotel Majestic yesterday morning by being run over by an automobile. Sampson was wheeling down Central Park West on his way to business. At Seventy-second Street he was struck by Charles Matthews, driver for Dr. Herman D. Baruch of the Hotel Majestic. Sampson received a compound fracture of the right thigh, and lacerations of the body and head. He was taken to the Presbyterian Hospital. Matthews was arrested.
