Motor Vehicle Service for Plainfield.

PLAINFIELD, N. J., July 11.—The Plainfield Automobile Company, capitalized at $100,000, was organized last night. The promoters of the scheme plan to provide a public transit service in sections of the city not accommodated by trolley car lines. The incorporators of the company are Mayor George Rockfellow of Plainfield, Mayor N. B. Smalley of North Plainfield, S. D. Drake, E. M. French, D. M. Smalley, and Craig A. Marsh. The automobiles will carry ten persons each, and the fare will be 10 cents.
