CHICAGO, July 16.—Princess Nicholas Engalitcheff has arranged to appear before City Electrician Elliott to-morrow afternoon at 2 o'clock to tell what she knows about the mechanical construction and practical working of an automobile. The Prince, her husband, submitted to an examination last week and received a license to operate a private electrical vehicle.
