ATLANTIC CITY, N. J., April 10.—Deputies of the State Motor Vehicle Department, equipped with speedy motor cycles, are reported to be distributed all along the road between this city and Philadelphia, holding up every automobilist not possessed of a New Jersey driver's license. It is expected they will have their hands full to-morrow and Sunday.
