Mothers Should Caution Children.
The New York Times
"Mothers have some responsibility in the matter of street safety, as well as the owner of an automobile," says William H. Stewart, Jr., teacher of motoring. "As the mother trains her little ones to dread the fire engine and keep away from the river and the railroad track, so should she train them to keep out of the way of automobiles, and, above all, to avoid running into the middle of the street without first seeing that the way is clear."
