General Motors Absorbs Delco
The New York Times
The Domestic Engineering Company, builders of Delco Light farm lighting systems, and other electrical equipment, has been merged with the General Motors Corporation, according to an announcement made yesterday by W. C. Durant, President of General Motors, and E. A. Deeds, President of the Domestic Engineering Company. The business will be conducted under the present management as a branch of General Motors.
