The Real Estate Managament Company has sold for the Catherine A. Tone estate five lots, the northeast corner of Twelfth Avenue and 130th Street, size 100 feet on Twelfth Avenue by 125 feet on 130th Street, to a client of theirs who intends erecting a garage.
