The FBI is asking for the public’s help in finding the remaining two defendants of an alleged auto theft ring. Members of the ring allegedly have stolen and obtained by fraud more than 100 mostly luxury vehicles from Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana since 2008.

He has associates in both Missouri and Illinois. The FBI considers him armed and dangerous.

Morris Allen Davis, aka “Mo,” also lives in St. Louis County or the city of St. Louis. He recently owned/operated a tow business in the city and may have access to several vehicles. Davis frequents North St. Louis County. Both men are approximately 5’11” tall and 180 lbs.

A total of 21 men and women, mostly from the city of St. Louis, were federally indicted on charges that include conspiracy, bank fraud, mail fraud, and receipt of stolen motor vehicle. Nineteen people have been arrested.
