War Veteran, Crushed by Trucks, Wins Verdict From Jury.

A verdict for $15,000 in favor of Anthony J. Von Wrycza of 216 East 127th Street against the Warehouse Trucking Company of 100 Horatio Street was awarded yesterday by a jury in Justice Robert F. Wagner's part of the Supreme Court. Last March Von Wrycza, who served as an aviator during the World War, was crushed between two trucks of the defendant company in its garage, where he was employed, and crippled for life.

Dr. Henry Frauenthal testified that the plaintiff had suffered a severe fracture of the sacro-iliac joint in the lower region of the back. Von Wrycza, who is married, sued for $50,000.
