Race Preview For The East Carolina Motor Speedway 6-12-10

Garrett Marchant of the #77 team of BMR Motorsports will be racing Saturday, June 12th at the East Carolina Motor Speedway (ECMS). Garrett's fans are looking forward to watching Garrett run at ECMS as he sets out for that 1st place finish that they know he has in his future!

Garrett's Quotes:

"I'm really excited about this weekends race at the East Carolina Motor Speedway it will be my first career start down there but I'm confident we can get a good finish.I practiced last Saturday and I feel like I have the car handling OK but not perfect we will work on that some more so we can be just a tad bit faster."

Questions for Garrett:

How do you feel going into this upcoming race at ECMS? "I'm really optimistic about our chances.ECMS has alot of history with the Marchant family as I have documented before.So if I could go down here and possibly score the win it would be super for me as a driver.Plus it would boost my confidence for my next race.We have some momentum on our side from the past couple of races so we have got to keep it up!"

Do you feel there are any advantages for you racing at East Carolina Motor Speedway instead of Coastal Plains Raceway? " Not really, they basicly have the same rules except the 6 Cylinder cars have to add some weight to keep everything equal.The only advantage I think I have is I got to practice a few times there this season I know how to drive the track."
