The applications are governed by 49 CFR part 1182, as revised in Pur., Merger & Cont.--Motor Passenger & Water Carriers, 5 I.C.C. 2d 786 (9189). The findings for these applications are set forth at 49 CFR 1182.18. Persons wishing to oppose an application must follow the rules under 49 CFR part 1182, subpart B.
