The William Farrell Estate, Thomas Farrell, trustee, leased to Orlando F. Battalia Gasoline Company the northwest corner of Broadway and 129th Street, plot size 109 by 106, for a term of twenty-one years, at an aggregate rental of $300,000. Battalia Company will erect a two-story garage, covering the entire plot, with a gasoline station on the roof of the same, which is on the Broadway level. Duross Company were the brokers of the deal.
It is the intention of the Battalia Company to lease several other corners in Greater New York for gasoline stations.
