“Team GLOCK Racing Plan to Better 13th Place Finish”

MOORESVILLE, North Carolina (September 12, 2007) - - After tackling the ARCA RE/MAX Series events at Gateway International Raceway and Chicagoland Speedway, Michelle Theriault and her Spraker Racing Enterprises team return to the course this week at New Hampshire International Speedway for Friday’s running of the Aubuchon Hardware 125 presented by Hardwarestore.com.

Looking for their fourth top-10 finish of the 2007 NASCAR Busch East Series (NBES) season, Theriault and Co. look for the same type of performance the team conquered in their first bid at NHIS this past June.

In her first career start at NHIS, Theriault qualified 23rd but motored to the front like a veteran. With car owner and spotter Jeff Spraker utilizing some pit strategy, the team kept the rookie out on the track putting the No. 37 GLOCK Chevrolet up front. Running as high as second, Theriault would maintain her position in the top-five for nearly thirty laps before making a planned trip to pit road nearing the conclusion of the race.

After starting deep in the field, Theriault once again rose to the occasion and put her No. 37 GLOCK Chevrolet in the mix and maneuvered through the field to collect a strong 13th place finish.

Team GLOCK will be bringing the NBES rookie the same piece to this Friday’s race. The Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS is also responsible for the two-consecutive top-10 finishes at Greensville-Pickens and Elko Speedway earlier this season.

“I’m looking forward to going back to New Hampshire ,” said the 21-year female competitor. We had a good run in the spring and the team gave me a great car. If we had a little more time, I really think we could have made it back into the top-10, but this week’s race allows us another opportunity to make that happen.”

She continued, “It’s been fun competing in the ARCA RE/MAX Series, but I’m looking forward to returning to our normal schedule. We only have a couple more races left in the season and we really want to make the best of them. This is a great opportunity for us to return to the top-10 and I want it just as bad as anyone does.”

Sitting 13th in the NBES standings, Theriault knows the remaining races offer a chance not only for the finishes to be delivered but a possible climb in the point standings.

“Realistically, we still have the chance of finishing in the top-10. It’s not going to be an easy task, but nothing has been easy this season. It’s taken hard work and we’ve met some challenges this season, but I know how much the team wants to finish in the top-10. We’ll do everything in our power to make it happen.”

The Aubuchon Hardware 125 presented by Hardwarestore.com (125 laps/132.25 miles) is the 12 of 14 events on the 2007 NASCAR Busch East Series schedule. Practice begins Thursday with an hour and a half (12:50pm - 2:20pm Local Time) session planned. Qualifying is set for later in the day commencing at 4:15pm Local Time. The green flag will waive on Friday, September 14 scheduled to waive shortly after 5:10pm Local Time.
