BANQUET, SCHEDULE AND AUCTION

The Banquet is a month away. This is an ‘open’ banquet. Anyone is welcome. Bring crew, family and friends. Make your room reservations now at the Wintergreen Resort and Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells. You can contact them at 800-648-4765 and mention you want a room in the Mid-American block. The Dells has a lot of things going that weekend and rooms will quickly become scarce. The Mid-American block of rooms will also go away after Christmas. So, make your room reservations, now!

Please, dinner is by reservation, so send us your Banquet reservations A.S.A.P. Banquet form is below our logo on the website. Meal reservations are needed by Friday January 10th for meal and seating plans.

2014 Memberships will be available at our booth at the Racer’s Auction and will soon be on the website for download. The traditional Mid-American meeting is scheduled for 11:00 Saturday at the Auction.

The 2014 schedule is posted on the website. There are, as usual, a few dates pending. We’ve been able to smooth a couple of the controversial tough weekends out for 2014. Note, Milwaukee is a Friday/Saturday show for Mid-American this year. Friday will be a practice only day with our whole racing program on Saturday. This schedule also breaks up the grueling Milwaukee/Wausau week we experienced in 2013. Also, for 2014, we will not run the Grundy/Jefferson program on the same weekend.

Mid-American is returning to WIR!! On a Saturday! May 10th the Vercauteren Memorial Race will be brought back home to Kaukauna, considered a Vercauteren home track. Also, it’s exciting to be able to return to Jefferson for 2014. It’s fairly well located for our core group of racers and it’s a racer friendly Saturday show.

Sopwith Motorsport Productions will return again producing selected Mid-American races. Locally, Time Warner aired the 2013 events as well as other cable venues through out the country.
