FORT ATKINSON, Wis. (Saturday, May 14th, 2011) – Mid-American Stock Car Series drivers can add another reason to win a feature in 2011 to their list thanks to Ralph Malec and his company RaceMarC. Coming on board as a contingency sponsor for the series, Malec and RaceMarC will provide a certificate to each remaining 2011 MASCS feature winner for two Vogtland Racing Springs.

Focusing on technology and reasonable prices, RaceMarC caters to every level of short track racing including the Mid-American Stock Car Series. As part of the deal with MASCS, Malec has agreed to provide a certificate for two brand new Vogtland springs to each event winner over the remainder of the 2011 season provided that driver hasn’t already received a prior certificate.

“Ralph Malec and his company RaceMarC fit perfectly with our series,” said MASCS co-owner Doug Strasburg. “Ralph brings 40 plus years of racing experience to the table and his company is based on that knowledge. This is a very generous move on his part that will benefit our drivers and Mid-American is very happy to bring RaceMarC into the fold for the rest of the season.”

Marketing a variety of competitively-priced specialty racing parts to aid local racers in their quest for success, the Minooka, Ill., based RaceMarC has quickly become an industry leader behind a promotable product line that includes Vogtland Racing Springs as well as the highly renowned Cobalt Friction high performance brake pads. Malec brings his own expertise as a chassis tuning specialist to the table as well. For more information, contact Malec at (815)931-9506 or malec19@aol.com.

Mid-American resumes its 19th season next Saturday, May 21st, as the series makes the trip to northern Michigan to take part in Norway Speedway’s season opener with the “M’Eh Main 40”.

Located in Norway, Mich., on the old Dickinson County Fairgrounds complex on Highway 8, the 1/3rd-mile paved oval promises to offer a strong event as two-time defending race winner and 2010 MASCS champion Lyle Nowak looks to bounce back from a rough start to his title defense in April’s Spring Classic.
