MID-AMERICAN INTRODUCES ‘SUPER LINK’

Mid American Stock Car Series
July 8, 2010

FORT ATKINSON, Wis. (July 8, 2010) – Adding to its existing partnership with the Motorsports Marketing Alliance and the Intercontinental Hotels Group, a new link on the bottom of www.midamericanracing.com allows all associated with the Mid-American Stock Car Series to save big on new products and services.

In addition to the services of the IHG, clicking on the link at the bottom of the Mid-American Web site allows teams, officials, and fans to benefit in other areas. The link now includes travel deals, top retailers such as Wal-Mart and Foot Locker, consumer electronics, and more. It also includes an exciting new offer that will benefit racers.

The performance part link allows racers, both from the Mid-American Stock Car Series and other racing venues, to buy performance parts at wholesale price.

“We were really excited about the performance parts portion of this link,” said MASCS co-owner Doug Strasburg. “The series has already seen some benefits from the IHG link, and with something that is more central to racing, we expect to see even more.”

Benefitting from the offer is easy. Just click on the link at the bottom of the Mid-Am Web site and start shopping.

Companies included in the new MASCS super link include: autos.com, cheapostay.com, Delta Airlines, Orbitz, Intercontinental Hotels Group, hotels.com, Champs Sports, Footlocker, Jewelry Web, Wal-Mart, Comp USA, Game Stop, Metro PCS, The Sharper Image, Tiger Direct, 1-800-Flowers, American Express, Office Depot and Select a Ticket. New companies will be added soon.

Mid-American’s 18th season resumes Friday, July 16 at Norway (Mich.) Speedway in the Eh Main. After testing the third-mile, the series is slated to travel to Marshfield (Wis.) Motor Speedway on Saturday, July 17.
