Sheltra Motorsports, Cayuga Motor Speedway Pre-Race Quotes: Patrick Sheltra, driver of the No. 60 Groupe Beton Brunet Chevrolet:
On Michigan: “We were happy with the finish especially after overcoming the spark plug issue. Our Dodge Charger was a rocket ship but it got real tight at the end of the last run so we had to settle for sixth. I’m not going to complain though, it was my best ever finish at Michigan and we gained some much needed points.”
On Cayuga: “Oh Canada! Um, it’s going to be interesting to say the least. I’m not really sure what to expect. So many people have said that the track is like Toledo Speedway and Berlin Raceway and others have said that the track is nothing like them. So we’ll just have to go with what we know and see if we can get our first win Sunday afternoon.”
On New Marketing Partner Groupe Beton Brunet: “I tell you what, we’re really excited about having Groupe Beton Brunet on board for this weekend at Cayuga Motor Speedway. This is a hometown race for them and we want to go out there and run up front and win the race for them!”
On D.J. Kennington Attending Cayuga Motor Speedway: “I can’t say thanks enough to D.J. for coming out to Cayuga Motor Speedway on Sunday and being there to assist our team with any challenges we may face during the race. He is an excellent racecar driver and I’m glad he is on our side this weekend!”
