MOORESVILLE, North Carolina (July 8, 2008) - - Brian Weber President of Race Fumes LLC announced today that Race Fumes LLC have entered into a letter of intent to sell the company to Freedom Financial Holdings of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Race Fumes the original and only Stock Car scented aerosol spray that brings the scent of the race track right to your themed party, tailgating event or just a novelty gift idea is the result of several years of work with sources located around the world.

“Race fans can now experience the excitement of the scent from the convenience of their own home making our product one of the most unique racing products available to the public,” said Weber, President of Race Fumes LLC.

He continued, “Having such a high caliber company like Freedom Financial Holdings interested in buying us has been very exciting. They will bring the needed capital to grow our product line, create race track vending program and expand production and sales for next year,” Weber explained.
