Comment Period Closes May 29 for Asset Management Pan NPRM

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) encourages the public to submit comments to the comment docket for the Asset Management Plan Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM). The NPRM, which was published in the Federal Register on February 20, 2015, proposes a process for the development of State risk-based asset management plans as required by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). The comment period closes this Friday, May 29.
