Whenever I get a press car I put together a video. This is the Porsche Boxster S review
This review was the first time I'd spliced together clips to make one complete film. I used iMovie on my Mac and found it to be a complete pain in the arse, but ultimately managed to get it to my liking.
I couldn't add titles though - that was far beyond my capabilities.
I'm quite happy with how it turned out. All Speedmonkey videos are filmed on my iPhone5. I really ought to invest in a GoPro or similar. If you've any advice on this I'd be interested in hearing it.
Some of my YouTube video reviews do well (40,000+) and others do poorly (a few hundred). It seems to be down to a combination of factors, the car itself, how much it gets shared in the first place, and pot luck!
