You know those signs on trucks that say, "Driver can only see you when you can see mirrors"? In this case the driver can't see you at all because he's too busy dancing round his cab.

The driver, truck and road seem to be Lithuanian. And it's a busy road too, not a backwater stretch of highway - there are other vehicles to the front and side. If you see this guy prancing around in his cab make a note to avoid him at all costs.
