BMW M6 Gran Coupe - New design influence revealed

BMW have released details of their new M6 Gran Coupe which will be released in summer 2013. The M6 Gran Coupe has a 4.4 litre, bi-turbo V8 which produces 552bhp and does 0-62mph in 4.2 seconds.
The car's design is a further move away from the Chris Bangle influence of flame styling, duvets on the boot and general ugliness. Instead BMW, in search of new ideas, have decided to copy the undoubted masters of large car design - Peugeot.
Instead of designing a brand new car BMW have opted for a rehash of the Peugeot 607. Those crazy Germans have copied the silhouette, rear quarters and droopy snout of the big Peugeot. Let's hope used values of the M6 Gran Coupe don't drop like a stone, like the 607's do.
